Arc Jidenma was a typical servant leader, while he lived. He was known to seize the moments in chaotic situations to bring order. He loved to serve and service came naturally to him. He derived wide mentorship of various classes of Nigerians across gender and ethnic groups. The Foundation through schemes like the Nigerian Rising Stars Project where young people who are making positive impacts are profiled; instituting formal mentorship, team building and attitudinal change workshops, focus on nurturing and raising great leaders with proper understanding of the need for selfless service.
